Buying online
Can I buy a lifted truck entirely online?
Yes. You can browse inventory, apply and e-sign financing from your phone, and complete the purchase remotely. We handle the paperwork and deliver the truck to your door.
Do I have to visit a dealership?
No. The entire process can be done online, and your truck is delivered nationwide, registered with plates and ready to drive.
Can I see more photos or a video of a specific truck?
Yes. Ask us on any vehicle page and we'll get you additional photos or a walkaround. Our AI assistant can help right away, and a specialist can follow up.
How do I reserve a truck?
The moment you're ready, we can take a refundable deposit to hold the truck in your name while we finalize the details. We never collect card details in chat, a specialist handles it securely.
Financing
Can I finance a lifted truck?
Yes. Financing is available for qualified buyers. You can apply and e-sign from your phone. Financing is subject to credit approval; not all applicants will qualify.
Can I finance the truck and the build together?
Yes. Qualified buyers can finance the complete vehicle, the truck and the professionally completed build, together in one loan.
Do you work with customers who have less-than-perfect credit?
We work with a range of lenders. Apply and we'll see what options are available for your situation. Approval and terms depend on the lender and your credit.
Is my down payment or trade required?
A down payment may be required depending on the lender and the deal. A trade-in can reduce the amount you finance.
Shipping & delivery
Do you ship lifted trucks nationwide?
Yes. We arrange insured, door-to-door transport to all 50 states, and handle title and registration wherever we deliver.
How much does shipping cost?
Shipping depends on distance, vehicle, and timing. Request a shipping quote with your ZIP code and we'll review delivery options for your destination.
How long does delivery take?
Timing varies by distance, carrier availability, and scheduling. We coordinate pickup with you and keep you updated through delivery.
Does the truck arrive ready to drive?
Yes. Your fully built, inspected truck arrives registered with plates, ready to drive.
Trade-ins & selling
Do you accept trade-ins?
Yes. We accept trades in any condition, new or old, stock or lifted, paid off or still financed. We can handle the payoff and offer free driveway pickup.
Can I sell you my truck without buying one?
Yes. You can sell outright or trade toward a build. Tell us about your vehicle and we'll come back with an offer or estimate.
How does a trade work if I'm buying online?
We provide a trade estimate, apply the value to your purchase, handle any payoff, and arrange free pickup, even when you buy remotely.
Builds, warranty & quality
Are your lifted trucks professionally built?
Yes. Every truck is completed and inspected by a dealership-backed team, with recognized premium lift, wheel, and tire components.
Is there a warranty on the build?
Where applicable, we back the workmanship of our installed build with a 12-month / 12,000-mile workmanship warranty. Component brands may carry their own manufacturer warranties. Full terms are provided at sale.
Can you build a truck I already own?
Yes. Bring us your truck and we'll professionally complete the lift, wheels, tires, and upgrades you want, backed by our workmanship warranty.
What brands of trucks do you build?
We build lifted Ford, Chevrolet, GMC, Ram, Toyota, and Jeep trucks and 4x4s, including half-ton, heavy-duty, diesel, off-road, and luxury builds.
Pricing & fees
Are your prices transparent?
Yes. We disclose pricing and fees up front, including any dealer fees. Advertised prices exclude tax, tag, title, registration, and dealer fees, which vary by buyer.
What fees should I expect?
In addition to the vehicle price, expect applicable tax, tag, title, and registration, plus disclosed dealer fees. We show these clearly before you buy.
Do prices and availability change?
Yes. Inventory and pricing change regularly and are subject to prior sale. Browse current inventory for the latest, and ask us for the delivered price on any truck.
